that you could do! So I have listed a couple of things you could do when you are about to die of boredom! Here they are:

go on errands with your mom or dad

Woman with amazing memory....really, it's not boring!!!

James McGaugh is one of the world's leading experts on how the human memory system works. But these days, he admits he's stumped.
McGaugh's journey through an intellectual purgatory began six years ago when a woman now known only as AJ wrote him a letter detailing her astonishing ability to remember with remarkable clarity even trivial events that happened decades ago.
Give her any date, she said, and she could recall the day of the week, usually what the weather was like on that day, personal details of her life at that time, and major news events that occurred on that date.
Like any good scientist, McGaugh was initially skeptical. But not anymore.
"This is real," he says.
Soon after AJ took over his life, McGaugh teamed with two fellow researchers at the University of California at Irvine. Elizabeth Parker, a clinical professor of psychiatry and neurology (and lead author of a report on the research in the current issue of the journal Neurocase), and Larry Cahill, an associate professor of neurobiology and behavior, have joined McGaugh in putting AJ through an exhaustive series of interviews and psychological tests. But they aren't a lot closer today to understanding her amazing ability than they were when they started.
"We are trying to find out, but we haven't hit 'bingo' yet," says McGaugh.
His initial hypothesis, like several others, has turned out to be wrong -- or at least incomplete.
McGaugh has spent decades studying how such things as stress hormones and emotions affect memory, and at first he thought AJ's memories were of such emotional power that she couldn't forget them.
But that hypothesis fell short of the mark when it became obvious that "the woman who can't forget" remembers trivial details as clearly as major events. Asked what happened on Aug 16, 1977, she knew that Elvis Presley had died, but she also knew that a California tax initiative passed on June 6 of the following year, and a plane crashed in Chicago on May 25 of the next year, and so forth. Some may have had a personal meaning for her, but some did not.

Dolphin Story

In 1989, an Australian teenager, Adam, and his two friends were surfing in the Pacific Ocean with a school of dolphins. They were all enjoying themselves until suddenly the dolphins started zooming around and under the boys, then surfacing and splashing violently. Something was wrong and the boys were worried. Just then, Adam saw a fin coming toward him, but it wasn't a dolphin; it was a tiger shark! The shark attacked, taking a huge chunk out of Adam's surfboard and knocking him into the water. Adam was wounded. The shark saw Adam in the water, turned and attacked again. The dolphins went after the shark, and, worked together to chase him away. Adam's human friends helped him to shore. He had cuts on his hip, thigh, and stomach. But thanks to the dolphins, Adam lived.

Puma Story

Daniel Olin was 11 years old when his parents moved to Edmonton in Canada. He liked his new school and made friends there, but then things at home started to change. His mum and dad began to argue and the arguments got worse and worse until one day, Daniel's mum left. With his father working long hours, Daniel felt very alone and very unhappy. He wanted to escape, to run away. And that's what he did. Very early one bitterly cold morning when the snow was deep on the ground, he packed a bag with some clothes, his Walkman, some chocolate and a map of Canada and set off. He ran and ran until he could hardly breathe. His feet were heavy with the snow but he staggered on through deep snowdrifts, not even watching where he was going. Then, disaster struck. A rock hidden by the deep snow caught his ankle and Daniel fell to the ground, crying in pain. He had broken the bone. And no one knew where he was to help him. He was bitterly cold and was starting to feel tired, but he knew that if he fell asleep in the snow, he would almost certainly die from the cold. A spruce tree stirred ahead. From within the branches, a pair of yellow eyes watched Daniel. The puma had been stalking him. A puma is a powerful cat with claws that could shred Daniel into strips. But instead of moving in for the kill, the puma approached Daniel and lay across his chest and limbs. Daniel was too frightened to move, but soon the warmth of the animal reached Daniel and he began to feel better. From time to time, the puma pressed his muzzle against Daniel and rocked his head gently. Clearly, the puma knew that Daniel must not fall asleep. This animal should have been a real danger to Daniel and yet the boy began to feel safe. They remained like that for several hours until Daniel and the puma heard voices. Cat Story

A new detective is on the beat in central Russia - Rusik the cat, the latest weapon in the battle against fish thieves. A year ago he walked into the police station as a stray kitten, but now he helps police by sniffing out illegal cargoes of fish. The fish that Rusik sniffs out are sturgeon. Sturgeon are killed by fishermen, who sell their eggs as expensive 'caviar'. But sturgeon are facing extinction and it is illegal to catch them, so Rusik is on the case. The police say that no matter how well the smugglers hide the fish, Rusik is always able to point his nose in the right direction and find them.

Dog Story

Robert Sinclair has asthma. After a very bad attack he collapsed in his room and couldn't even move. He couldn't go and get help, eat or drink. He lay there for a whole week and felt very poorly. He decided he had to get help and so he wrote a note, put it in a bottle and dropped it out of his window. He hoped that someone would find it and help him. He waited. And someone did find it: Ben! Ben isn't a person, but a very intelligent border collie dog. Ben picked up the bottle in his mouth and took it home to his human friend, Brian. Brian read the note and rushed to find Robert. He also called an ambulance, which came and took Robert to hospital. Robert got better, thanks to Ben. He will never forget the amazing dog who saved his life.

My first Advise Column

Ok, I have got a question to start off my advice column. The question was, "I am joining my cheer squad, but my best bud HATES cheerleading and the thought of the preppy sport. My bud says that if I join cheerleading, she won't be my friend! I really like her..so what should I do?" ok, so first off, that was one of my internet friends. This is your advice:
If you really like cheerleading that much, and you want to go for it, then explain to your friend that it is important to you. then try to tell your friend that it makes you happy. This should get her support. And if your friend wrecks your realtionship with her because of a reason as silly as cheerleading, than what kind of friend is that.

My Floor is..............

Ok, ok. it is true................YOU CAN SIGN MY MY FLOOR WITH SHARPIES. You see, our dogs kept......uh........tinkling on our carpet instead of outside. My mom got so frustrated with the smell that she ripped up the carpet. We are currently saving up for a nice floor. But in the meantime my mom said it was ok if we wrote & drew on the floor!!!! So all of my friends come & sign their names and stuff!

OMG OMG!!!!! I have to tell you this really embarrasing story that happened to me

ok, so me and one of my freinds were walking & she was asking me abouSo I whispered it really quietly to her........but she couldn't hear. So i whispered it a tiny bit louder.t who had a crush on. BUT SHE STILL COULD NOT HEAR. I got annoyed so I said in a normal, but agitated voice who I liked. My friend started to turn soooo pale. She glanced at me & said real quietly,"your crush is RIGHT BEHIND US......." I turned around and sure enough, there he was looking a little embarrased and all of his buddies were snickering. IT WAS THE MOST EMABARRASING THING THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED YET!!!!!!!!
